Scripps Master Plan Updates

Overview

Mascari Warner Dinh Architects acted as Site Architect for the development and entitlement of master plans for Scripps Health campuses at La Jolla, Encinitas, Mercy and Green Hospitals.

The master plans define the next 5 to 25 years of redevelopment and expansion requiring amendments to the existing Conditional Use Permits, Major Use Permits, Planned Development Permits and an Amendment to the University Community Plan for the La Jolla campus.

Components of the various master plans include the replacement and/ or expansion of hospital, medical office, outpatient, central plant and parking facilities along with related site improvements.
