At Mascari Warner Architects, we understand that for a business to truly be innovative and responsive to the clients’ needs, there must be a shift from simply producing a service to creating an environment, evoking a feeling, and inspiring those who interact with it. From healthcare to commercial, offices to residential, we beautifully combine function with form from the inside out.

Saint Mary’s Center for Health

Overview

The Center for Health provides outpatient services to Saint Mary’s patients. Components include the 50,000 square foot Center for Health and Fitness; a 10,600 square foot outpatient imaging center; a 13,100 square foot oncology center; 1,280 square feet of laboratory space; a 3,500 square foot, 120-seat auditorium for staff and community education; a 6,990 square foot physical therapy department; a 4,400 square foot women’s diagnostic center; 4,100 square feet of executive and administrative offices; as well as 4,400 square feet of physician offices.

Since the Regional Medical Center’s downtown location demanded an urban design solution, the Center for Health aids in the creation of a traditional university campus feel. It also focuses on “wellness” design aspects, patient convenience and connectivity, and architectural references to the Medical Center’s historic 1930’s hospital facade.
