Corona Summit Campus Medical Office Building

Overview

Mascari Warner Dinh Architects is providing architectural and structural due diligence studies regarding existing site and soils conditions, site density studies and possible conceptual sketches of the Corona Summit Campus. The existing project consists of two 14-story buildings and renovation of an existing 3-story building.

The due diligence study consists of determining the possibility of adding a new hospital building and parking structure to a class “A” office building campus that is complete. It is desired to add medical office use and various outpatient medical modalities to the existing buildings. Site density studies include approximate building sizes and verification of additional parking requirements in conformance with City of Corona Municipal Code.

The concept study includes:

  • New Hospital Building (150 Beds)
  • New MOB with hotel
  • New Above Grade Parking Structure with 600-700 spaces
